Prior to real estate, Karen worked in corporate America, managing specialty teams in a customer service environment. Holding them to very high standards, hers was the first team in her company (nationwide) to receive a 100% overall Customer Satisfaction Survey rating, maintaining an average of 90% during her tenure. She has taken these same standards of service and applied them to every aspect of her career in real estate.
